Japanese Trains
We've all heard of Japans crowded trains, some of us have experienced them. Namely, me. First is was for me too a "Ahahaa, look at those poor Japanese with their horribly crowded trains." but then one day it was a "Ahahaa, look at those poor Japanese with their faces plastered against those windows... oh wait... I'm supposed to get on that train." At which point I adopt a defiant disposition and back off a bit so I can gather enough speed for rugby tackle that will get myself inside.
The scary thing is that I'm barely exaggerating. Just a couple days ago I saw a train so full that station workers had to shoulder people in and keep pushing until the doors closed. I've also been in a train where more people were pushed on that way. Felt pretty much the same as when the crowded train goes around a bend and all the cargo (read: passangers) swishes around. Luckily there's no danger of falling over, there simply isn't enough space to do so.
As shown by the above photograph. Note that here there was enough space for me to take my phone out of my pocket to take a picture. My one hour squishy train journey to school is however compensated by taking trains which have things like "Express for Shibuya" written on them, which just sounds cool enough to make it all worth it. Also seeing Shibuya crossing twice a day hasn't yet got old. To be honest though the journey isn't as bad as you might think. I do crack up everytime a train stops on the platform, windows fogging up with the breath of those pressed against them.
Dont remember exactly when I took this but this is just how I see it from the station.

Wait... So you use these trains twice a day? If so, I can only laugh very heartily at you.
Thats right :D
Woow that's amazing but how you do to get out there whene you arrive to your station, does "Oh please excuse me ... shiman shiman..." work on the japenese people
Well, you might have heard that people sort of wave their arms in front of them going "Shitsurei shimaaasu, sumimaseen!" That would be wrong.
In reality its just a crazy barge through. If your stinding in front of the doorway you might even have to go with the flow onto the platform, then get back on the train :D
you'll not believe it but it's kind the same thing in my contry but it's in the bus, some time i juste hung up on the bus door cause ther's no place inside the bus, high school memories.
